It was all worth it: the beautiful old seaside resort of Jurmala, Latvia where we perform Tuesday night as part of the Summertime Festival - a recently started popular music series in the new Dzintari Concert Hall. A few of the ensemble were able to stay up long enough on the night we arrived to enjoy Dede Bridgewater's concert in the Hall.
